The Compass Breakfast Wagon
Find Your Way  ~  Fuel Your Day

Spokane Food Truck • Cousin Company of F&C • Biscuits, Coffee, and One-Eyed Jacks •  1600 W 10th Ave, Spokane WA 99204

A neighborhood needs places to gather and interact: with quick, excellent local food and drink to grab as you head off to work or play. The Compass Breakfast Wagon is a new business by Ross Carper, an F&C contributor based in Spokane.

Operating April – October, we love to help fuel your uncommon day in the Inland Northwest. We're pretty much always set up at the corner of 10th & Maple (1600 W 10th, 99204), but on rare occasions we have to head to special events. Watch social media channels for any updates!

A relaxed neighborhood walk-up spot with a pared-down menu of our favorite breakfast items: biscuits with gravy or honey or butter or syrup, biscuit sandwiches, coffee from the best local roasters, and of course, The Compass's featured item: One-Eyed Jacks. You know, that fried-egg-infused-grilled-cheese-toast thing your grandpa used to make you. The thing that has about 10 different names (egg in a hole, treasure island, birdie in the nest, egg on a wall, toad in a hole, etc. etc.) Yep, The Compass does fancy versions of that.

The Compass bakes its biscuits fresh on the trailer.

Bread for the One-Eyed Jacks by Common Crumb Bakery in Saranac Commons.

Coffee (Chemex or cold brew) roasted by Indaba and DOMA.

Eggs and meat (and lots of the produce, too!) from the best local farms through LINC Foods.
